A Little thing about myself

 I'm From Sri Lanka. I have completed my BA. Early childhood Education degree from Metropolitan college- Dehiwala. I worked at Early childhood field more than five years in Horizon International college. and suddenly I changed my field to special needs. Now I'm working as a volunteer under Dilmah charity foundation. 

I have an enthusiasm and passion for children's learning, development and care. I am flexible and patient. These two skills are among the core abilities that a teacher needs to be successful in this job. 

Also, I'm trained teacher, I am skilled in developing and using age-appropriate teaching materials, assessing learner's performance, and offering a safe environment for learning and I'm capable of dealing with both field.

Reflection

 PGIE experience  Last year I was seeking a course to improve my English language. Then I have seen fb post regarding the postgraduate diploma in Professional practice in English in Open university. Then I was go through the post and I decided to apply for this course. More than one year of this journey we had lots of experiences.  Actually I learnt how to deal with different people at different situations. Most of the time there were most interesting zoom sessions with Lecturers. Now I really feel I have confident to negotiate with any difficult people in any difficult situations. Before this course actually most of the time I didn't have confident to dealing with different people.  For every subjects and facilitated to us some extra files, links, videos for more clarification of the subject.
